Name: Hishou Kyuuten
How It Is Preformed: By building a greater concentrationg of currents into the zanpakutou, then releasing them through a slash. After that a great shockwave appears, like those that he can release naturally, only bigger. This shockwave can also travel for small distances.
Damage: Great if the attack makes a solid hit. From there it can be medium, even small.
Charge: One turn
Duration: One turn.

Name: Sanshi Kouken
How It Is Preformed: By focusing opposent currents together into a simple orb that can then be enlarged around the user. These currents form two vortexes that spin in opposite directions in the shape of an orb. They can draw certain elements to enforce the already great defence and even slightly reflect the attacks they are used to block. It can also suck in the foe. The abnormal situations inside the orb makes it harder to fight efficiently.
Damage: Doesn't damage?
Charge: Instant - Unlimited, depending on the wanted size.
Duration: Normally one, five if the opponent gets sucked in. The orb can be escaped.

Name: Gekitotsu no Reppuu
How It Is Preformed: The user creates two very large twisters and brings them together, running forward within the twisters as they flow onwards with amazing speed. By creating slashes within the user can make the twisters a horrifying attack that can rip through nearly anything.
Damage: Medium to Critical, depending on the amount of slashes that hit.
Charge: Two turns, one for each twister.
Duration: Can hold the attack back for as long as needed. After released it can take a turn, even two if the twisters capture the foe.

Name: Shinkirou Shintai
How It Is Preformed: By focusing a great current of wind aroung the user while lowering the pressure of the wind around him. This produces a staggering boost of speed, as well as an effect of releasing waves of energy with each swipe of the sword. The only negative side to the ability is that the user must move in straight lines due to the nature of the amazing speed.
Damage: For most waves, medium.
Charge: A charge is not really needed, but the user produces several afterimages as he moves the turn before.
Duration: Three turns.

Name: Arashimaru
How It Is Preformed: By spinning around while creating multiple violent currents of wind around him. These currents expand at high speeds, while the slashes that fly around can rip through most substances. Still, it's mainly used to set a distance between the user and the foe
Damage: Really depends on where the slashes hit. Generally it's medium.
Charge: Instant - Three turns if needed to use around a very large area.
Duration: One turn.

Name: Gekiretsu Nagare
How It Is Preformed: By focusing violent currents of wind for a set time, then releasing them in the form of a great tornado or multiple smaller tornadoes. They can even travel in horizontal lines.
Damage: A minor scrape from such a tornado would cause medium damage. The center of the storm can cause critical damage.
Charge: Three turns.
Duration: Three turns.

Name: Suetsukata no Arashi
How It Is Preformed: By absorbing all the possible currents within the user and his zanpakutou, then releasing them through a resonation. The released result is a beam of white energy that has a storm of epic propotions brewing around it. Basically the storm is enough to cover an entire city and lay it to waste. Afterwards it creates multiple afterstorms and tornadoes, not controlled by the user.
Damage: Ciritcal
Charge: Five turns minimum, might be wise to charge it more for increased stability.
Duration: Two turns for the actual attack, aftermath lasts for the entire battle.

Name: Kirifuda
How It Is Preformed: By focusing a great inner power and releasing it for a moment, absorbing an attack, sometimes even giving new powers with it. Prolonged use can cause grave side-effects. Mainly used to absorb self-caused attacks. It can't be used to absorb a foes attack, but it can be used to absorb those that an ally allows to be absorbed.
Damage: Depends on the move absorbed. Basically an absorbed Hadou 90# could give him equally destructive abilities. The elements displayed in an attack determine the power gained through this ability.
Charge: Five turns.
Duration: As long as needed to, hellish side-effects if used for too long. *Coughing blood, resting on the brink of death, multiple days of paralyzing pain, blah blah blah*

Absorbing foes attacks through Kirifuda is denied. Suetsukata no Arashis duration seems a bit much considering your character works with wind and tornados. Otherwise approved.

Oh right. Alright, it shalt only be able to absorb ones own attacks and those that allies allow to absorb, if you allow it. And the storm caused by the Suetsukata can't be controlled by the user at all. I just added it to make it... A bit more flashy xD Basically, just act as if there wasn't a storm at all.
